North Carolina Nationals Martial Arts Tournament- Karate/ TKD and Kung Fu Championship

The featured events for each competitor will be: Empty-hand Kata; Weapon Kata; Sparring. 

All competitors participating in the sparring event will be required to have foam-dipped gear, a mouth-guard, and protective equipment as needed (groin cup, chest protector).

Black belt meeting will be held at 9:30 AM and the competition will begin at 10 AM.
