NC Travel Guidelines During COVID-19

Given the rapidly evolving situation surrounding COVID-19, visitors are encouraged to directly contact the hospitality businesses and events promoted within this website to effectively plan your visit and to be aware of any schedule changes.

North Carolina will continue in the "Safer at Home" Phase Two through at least Friday, September 11, 2020. In compliance with the Governor’s Order, face covering will be required in public, There are exceptions to the face mask requirement.

Remember to WEAR a mask, WAIT 6 feet from others, and WASH hands regularly.

Businesses such as restaurants, barbers, salons and swimming pools are open at 50% capacity. Gatherings are limited to no more than 10 people indoors and 25 people outdoors. Museums and entertainment venues such as theaters, many animal parks, and playgrounds remain closed.

If traveling is necessary, individuals are encouraged to check with local governments to determine whether additional restrictions are still in place and to contact lodging establishments directly for their most up-to-date information. Please use your best judgment if traveling, and practice good hygiene while avoiding close contact with others.
