TDA Grant Funding
The Jacksonville Tourism Development Authority recognizes the value of increasing tourism efforts within the City to advance the quality of life for its Citizens and visitors. Each year the Authority approves funding for events, activities, or non-capital projects that will increase visitor stays in lodging facilities within the City limits. More typically, these are events and festivals that are designed to bring in significant overnight stays.
Sporting events should apply through the Sports Development Fund from which the Sports Commission can disburse funding on sports-related events. Find out more here.
Applications are available for submission starting December 4th, 2023, and are due by January 15th, 2024. These applications are for events being held between July 1, 2024, and June 30, 2025.
Who Can Apply for the Tourism Promotion Fund?
