NC Travel Guidelines During COVID-19

Updated 12-11-2021: Given the rapidly evolving situation surrounding COVID-19, visitors are encouraged to directly contact the hospitality businesses and events promoted within this website to effectively plan your visit and to be aware of any schedule changes.

North Carolina is in a modified Safe at Home phase. In compliance with the Governor’s Order, face covering will be required in public. Gatherings are limited to no more than 10 people indoors and 50 people outdoors. Most businesses are able to open at limited capacity. As of Friday, December 11, 2020, all businesses are required to close by 10PM. All alcohol sales will cease between the hours of 9PM and 7AM. All Citizens and visitors should be at home (or wherever they are staying) between the hours of 10PM and 5AM.

As you do begin to visit shops and restaurants and enjoy all that Jacksonville has to offer, remember to WEAR a mask, WAIT 6 feet from others, and WASH hands regularly. Visit CountOnMeNC.org to find out what you can do as a guest to help keep everyone safe and healthy, and to learn how businesses are making improvements to do the same.

For more information on North Carolina relating to coronavirus, visitors can go to NCDHHS.gov and CDC.gov.
